Projects

To encourage class participation, students in both the US and Indonesia will prepare in advance certain problems for class discussion. We shall distribute them early in the semester to groups of 3-4 students so that each student probably participates in two such group presentations. Each group should prepare its answer in the form of a short 2-3 page summary of results for eventual class distribution via e-mail, plus a powerpoint presentation for a classroom discussion involving US and Indonesian participants.
